Quote Validity
Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Container prices and freight rates are subject to change after this period or once inventory is committed.

Requesting a quote places you under no obligation to purchase. No payment is required to receive a quote.
Subject to Availability
Pricing and availability are confirmed at the time of order. Specific containers are reserved only once an order is placed and accepted.
Custom Build Deposits
Modified and custom-fabricated containers typically require a deposit to begin fabrication, with the balance due prior to delivery. Terms are detailed in your quote.
Payment Schedule
Standard orders require payment in full prior to dispatch. Bulk and commercial accounts may qualify for net-30 terms upon credit approval.
Cancellation
Cancellation terms depend on order status. Stock orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch; custom builds in progress are subject to our Returns Policy and applicable restocking fees.
